Abstract

The human resource plays a key role in the economic development because a high-quality human resource allows an effective exploitation of other resources, and helps create or get access to new technologies and modern managerial methods needed for improvements in labor productivity and income. Realities show that, however, the human resource in Kiên Giang is of poor quality and structure.
