Abstract

High-quality human resources play a very vital role in the national or regional economic development and how to enhance the human resources quality has been a matter of concern to policy-makers. The Central Vietnam Key Economic Zone (hereunder abbreviated as CVKEZ) has focused on exploiting the human resources to accelerate the economic growth. Accordingly, the paper is to evaluate the current situation in CVKEZ and recommend some measures to improve the human resources quality in this zone in the near future.
