Abstract

Agricultural productivity is a decisive factor in improvements in competitiveness and peasants' income, therefore, enhancing quickly the agricultural productivity is the key to developing the agriculture during the international integration process. Looking for scientific measures to improve the labor productivity is a challenge to policy makers. The paper concentrates on three main issues: a quantitative model of related factors, results applied to reality and suggestion about measures to increase the agricultural productivity.
