Labor is an important factor input in production and trading, one of the factors that gives advantage to enterprises. The economic growth would increase the need for workers, especially trained ones, which would reduce the untrained workforce. Therefore, if we do not plan, develop, and train this workforce, the source of trained laborers could not meet the need of enterprises, and thus, we would lose a business advantage for the local enterprises.

The agriculture has so far played an important role in Vietnam's economy. It helps secure food demands and provide raw materials for manufacturers and exporters. In essence, it creates jobs for millions of Vietnam's laborers. In the time to come, this role keeps on being fortified at service of the industrialization and modernization. However, natural disasters always pose a major threat to agriculture, badly affecting the sustainable development. By this paper, a type of agricultural financial operation shall be presented to you, namely crop insurance.

The first decade of the twenty-first century full of upheavals in the world and Vietnamese economies is passing. The insurance market that was established by the Decree 100CP dated Dec. 18, 1993 will be 18 years old by the year's end. It is appropriate now to look back on past developments of this market, from “a boy” to “a young man” ready for foreign competition. The paper on the past developments is part of a research project that aims at estimating the situation and proposing measures to develop it in the coming years.

"In recent years, with the stable economic growth and the living standard being more and more improved, there has arisen an increasing need for automobiles. Many families have a desire to possess autos as the means of transport. However, the development of traffic infrastructures could not keep pace with increases in the quantity of cars. Unsafe means of transportation and drivers who do not abide by the applicable traffic law all have brought in the high risk of unexpected traffic accidents. Thus, it is in the urgent need to work out a useful method to protect traffic participants (hereunder referred to as “drivers”) against losses incurred as a result of traffic accidents In a modern society, insurance may be deemed as the best tool to prevent risks that man may face. In recent years, the Ministry of Finance has granted license to many new non-life insurance companies, increasing the total number of general insurers in Vietnam up to 27. As a result, voluntary automobile insurance models have been launched with many diverse and tempting options. Based on theories relating to car insurance in the context of Vietnam in general and in Nha Trang City in particular, this paper is to present analyses and measures to develop the voluntary automobile insurance market healthily in favor of both insurers and their customers.
